LEGAL NOTICES
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all orders placed on the website www.brandhubshop.ch and, where applicable, to sales concluded in BrandHub stores, unless otherwise specified in writing.
By placing an order, the customer declares to have read, understood and accepted without reservation these Terms and Conditions.

BrandHub specializes in selling second-hand luxury items (and, occasionally, new or never-worn items).
Each piece is carefully inspected, cleaned if necessary, and verified for authenticity.
- The items offered are either for outright purchase (property of BrandHub), or on consignment (property of a consignor until the sale).
- The condition of each product is indicated in the product sheet (wear and tear, micro-scratches, possible defects, etc.).
- The photos and descriptions are made with the greatest care, but slight differences in color or perception may exist depending on the screens.
BrandHub only sells items that are considered authentic, based on its internal control processes and, where appropriate, specialized external providers.
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable.
They do not include delivery charges, which are shown separately when the order is confirmed.
BrandHub reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time the customer confirms the order.

Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
BrandHub reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:
- of an existing dispute with the client;
- suspicion of fraud;
- obvious error in the price or description of the product;
- unavailability of the item (item already sold in store or online).
In the latter case, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
Accepted payment methods are indicated on the website and in store (bank card, Twint, etc.).
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Online transactions are secured by our payment providers. BrandHub does not have access to your full bank card details.
The items can be:
- sent to the address provided by the customer;
- or collected free of charge in store, when this option is available.
Estimated delivery times and costs are specified during the ordering process (see page "Shipping Policy").
Risks are transferred to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier, unless an insured shipment is specifically arranged.
The return conditions are described in detail on the "Return Policy" page.
Given the nature of the products (second-hand luxury items, often unique pieces), BrandHub is not generally obliged to accept returns, except where required by law or in accordance with a specific commercial agreement.
Any return request must strictly adhere to the procedure and deadlines outlined in the Return Policy.
Second-hand products may show signs of wear.
By purchasing an item, the customer accepts the condition described in the product description and visible in the photos.
BrandHub cannot be held responsible for minor differences between the online perception and the reality of the item, provided that these are consistent with the described condition.
BrandHub cannot be held responsible for:
- improper use of the items sold;
- indirect or intangible damages;
- delays or impossibility of delivery attributable to the carrier, customs or a case of force majeure (pandemic, strike, bad weather, etc.).
In any event, BrandHub's liability is limited to the amount of the disputed order.
The processing of personal data is described on the "Privacy and Security" page.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the use of their data for order processing and, where applicable, for marketing communications if they consent.
All photos, texts, logos, graphics and content on the BrandHub website and materials are protected by intellectual property law.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
The brands mentioned (Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners. BrandHub is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with any of these brands.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution, failing an amicable settlement, shall be submitted to the competent courts of the canton of Vaud, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
