LEGAL NOTICES
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") apply to all orders placed on the website www.brandhubshop.ch and, where applicable, to sales concluded in the BrandHub boutique, unless otherwise agreed in writing through special conditions.
By placing an order, the customer declares having read, understood, and accepted these GTCS without reservation.

BrandHub specializes in the sale of second-hand luxury items (and, occasionally, new or unworn items).
Each piece is carefully inspected, cleaned if necessary, and verified for authenticity.
- The items offered are either outright purchases (property of BrandHub) or consignment sales (property of a depositor until the sale).
- The condition of each product is indicated in the product sheet (wear, micro-scratches, potential defects, etc.).
- Photos and descriptions are created with the utmost care, but slight differences in color or perception may exist depending on the screen.
BrandHub only sells items as authentic, based on its internal control processes and, where applicable, on specialized external service providers.
Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable.
They do not include delivery costs, which are indicated separately during order validation.
BrandHub reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price invoiced is that displayed at the time the order is confirmed by the customer.
Orders are placed:
- via the website www.brandhubshop.ch;
- or directly in the BrandHub boutique.
Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of these GTCS.
BrandHub reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:
- an existing dispute with the customer;
- suspected fraud;
- a manifest error in the price or description of the product;
- unavailability of the item (item already sold in-store or online).
In the latter case, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
Accepted payment methods are indicated on the site and in-store (credit card, Twint, etc.).
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Online transactions are secured by our payment providers. BrandHub does not have access to your full credit card data.
Items can be:
- sent to the address indicated by the customer;
- or picked up for free in-store, when this option is available.
Indicative delivery times and costs are specified during the order (cf. "Shipping Policy" page).
Risk is transferred to the customer upon handover of the package to the carrier, unless an insured shipment is specifically provided for.
Return conditions are described in detail on the "Return Policy" page.
Given the nature of the products (second-hand luxury items, often unique pieces), BrandHub is generally not required to accept returns, except in accordance with mandatory legal provisions or specific commercial agreements.
Any potential return request must strictly comply with the procedure and deadlines indicated in the Return Policy.
Second-hand products may show signs of wear.
By purchasing an item, the customer accepts the condition described in the product sheet and visible in the photos.
BrandHub cannot be held responsible for minor differences between online perception and the reality of the item, provided these are consistent with the described condition.
BrandHub cannot be held liable for:
- improper use of the items sold;
- indirect or intangible damages;
- delays or inability to deliver attributable to the carrier, customs, or a case of force majeure (pandemic, strike, severe weather, etc.).
In any event, BrandHub's liability is limited to the amount of the disputed order.
The processing of personal data is described on the "Privacy and Security" page.
By placing an order, the customer accepts the use of their data for order processing and, if they consent, for commercial communication.
All photos, texts, logos, graphics, and content present on the site and BrandHub materials are protected by intellectual property law.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
The brands mentioned (Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners. BrandHub is an independent boutique and is not affiliated with any of these fashion houses.
These GTCS are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution, failing an amicable settlement, shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
