In-store pickup

Would you prefer to pick up your order in store? In-store pickup allows you to collect your items in person, within the BrandHub environment.

How does it work?

1. At checkout, choose the “In-store pickup” option (if available).
   
2. Once the order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your items are available in store.
   
3. You then have a period of time (indicated in the email) to come and collect your order.

Documents to be submitted

When collecting your order, please bring:

• From your order confirmation (email on your phone or printed version)
  
• An identity document if necessary
  

If someone else is coming to collect the order on your behalf, please let us know in advance.
