Delivery zones

Estimated delivery times

Once your payment has been validated:

• Order preparation: usually within 1 to 2 business days
  
• Delivery to Switzerland: approximately 2 to 4 business days , depending on the carrier
  

These delivery times are given as a guide and may vary depending on periods of high activity (Christmas, promotions, etc.).

Delivery costs

Delivery charges are shown at checkout and depend on:

• Of the total order amount
  
• From the delivery address
  
• Depending on the type of shipment chosen (standard, etc.)
  

Where possible, we offer insured shipping options for your luxury items.

Tracking and packaging

• As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number .
  
• The items are carefully packaged, often in their dust bag or box, then placed in a suitable package to limit shocks.
  

Damaged or lost package

In the event of a visibly damaged or opened package upon receipt:

1. Inform the carrier immediately upon delivery.
   
2. Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and its contents.
   

We will assist you with the necessary procedures with the carrier.
