Most treatments are completed within 48 hours to 5 working days, depending on the material and the condition. A precise timeframe is confirmed upon diagnosis.
Bags, small leather goods, belts, and shoes. We work on leather (calfskin, lambskin, box calf, exotic), coated canvas, suede, and technical fabrics. Some very delicate materials may require an in-store assessment.
Yes. You can request a quote online (form) and send us photos. We'll respond within 24 hours and confirm if an in-store visit is necessary.
We work with discreet testing and gentle protocols. Some deep traces may remain . We refuse any risky intervention on unstable materials (e.g., highly migratory pigments, cracked leather).
