BrandHub delivers mainly in Switzerland but also internationally.
If your country is not on the list, you can contact us to explore a customized solution.
Depending on the destination and type of item, several options may be offered:
- Standard delivery via Swiss Post;
- Registered or insured shipping for high-value items;
- Free in-store pickup at BrandHub (when available).
The available options, estimated delivery times and prices are indicated at the time of ordering.
We usually prepare orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, a tracking number is provided to the customer when possible.
The delivery times indicated are indicative and may vary depending on:
- of the period (holidays, sales, public holidays);
- weather conditions;
- potential customs controls for international travel.
Delivery costs are calculated based on:
- of the destination;
- the chosen shipping method (standard, registered, insured, etc.);
- the weight and/or value of the item.
The exact amount is displayed before final order confirmation.
For certain orders or above a certain amount, BrandHub may offer free delivery. The conditions will be clearly indicated on the website.
For high-value luxury items, BrandHub strongly recommends (or requires) insured shipping.
This option allows you to cover the package in case of loss or damage by the carrier, according to the carrier's terms and conditions.
The customer is informed of the type of shipment chosen (standard or insured) when placing the order.
Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to:
- check the external condition of the package;
- immediately report any apparent anomaly to the carrier (open, damaged, wet package, etc.);
- we will inform you as soon as possible in case of any problem.
In the event of proven damage, an investigation may be opened with the carrier. Processing times depend on the carrier.
BrandHub cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier, customs or circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).
In the event of the return of the package due to an incorrect, unclaimed or refused address, the reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.
When the "In-store pickup" option is available and selected:
- you will receive a confirmation when the item is ready for collection;
- the item is kept in store for a limited time (14 days);
- after this period has expired, BrandHub reserves the right to cancel the order and put the item back on sale, after attempting to contact the customer.
