LEGAL NOTICES
The items sold by BrandHub are, for the most part, second-hand luxury pieces, often unique.
For this reason, sales are in principle considered final , unless otherwise provided as described below or by specific agreement.
However, we do our best to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase.
If you have any problems, please contact us so we can review the situation.
A return may be considered in particular in the following cases:
- product error (item delivered different from the one ordered);
- major defect not mentioned in the description and not visible in the photos;
- size issue for certain items, when this has been agreed upon.
Requests are processed on a case-by-case basis, respecting good faith and the accuracy of the published photos/descriptions.
All return requests must be made within 5 daysof receiving the package (tracking date being proof), indicating:
- the order number;
- the precise reason for the return;
- clear photos if the reason relates to a defect.
After this period, the sale is considered to be definitively accepted.
To be accepted, the article must:
- be in the same condition as when sent (unworn, unused, unaltered);
- include all BrandHub labels and/or security seals where applicable;
- include the supplied accessories (box, dustbag, BrandHub certificate, etc.).
BrandHub reserves the right to refuse a return if the item has been used, damaged or altered after receipt.
1. Contact usby email at info@brandhubshop.ch within the specified timeframe, stating the reason for the return.
2. After validation by us, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.
3. Unless the error is ours, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will confirm by email:
- either acceptance of the return and the method of refund or credit note;
- either the refusal to return, justifying our decision.
6. Refunds and credits
In case of an accepted return:
- the refund is made to the original payment method or in the form of a credit note, as agreed;
- Initial delivery charges are generally not refunded, except in the case of an error by BrandHub or a special arrangement.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, but BrandHub strives to act as quickly as possible after the return has been validated.
Unless otherwise required by law, the following are generally not eligible for return:
- items sold or benefiting from a special discount;
- gift cards;
- certain hygiene accessories (if applicable).
For purchases made directly in store, the return policy may differ from that applied online.
The conditions are then communicated at the time of purchase (e.g. exchange possible within X days, credit note, or final sale).
