Confirmation emails
After your purchase, you will receive:

- Shipping email : confirmation that your package has left the store or warehouse, with the tracking link when available.
Remember to check your “Promotions” or “Spam” folders if you don’t see our emails.
Online tracking
- The tracking number is indicated in the shipping email.
- By clicking on the link, you will access the detailed tracking offered by the carrier (route, attempted delivery, deposit, etc.).
Possible statuses
Depending on the time, your order may appear as:
- In preparation
- Shipped
- Currently being shipped
- Delivered
- Available for pickup (if you have chosen in-store pickup)
