Currency and invoicing
- The amount charged corresponds to the total indicated when validating your order (excluding any customs fees for foreign countries).
- For card payments, the charge is made immediately after order confirmation.
Secure payment
- Transactions are processed through certified and secure payment providers.
- Your card data is never stored by BrandHub.
- Security protocols (encryption, 3D Secure, etc.) may be applied depending on your bank.
BrandHub Gift Cards
- BrandHub gift cards can be used in-store and/or online according to the stated conditions.
- If the amount of your gift card is less than the total order, you can complete the payment with another method.
- If the amount is higher, the balance remains usable for a future purchase (according to the terms and conditions indicated on the card).
